Prices and payment

All prices are in DKK (Danish currency) and all prices shown include Danish VAT. The Total amount of the order including shipping costs will be withdrawn from the costumers account as soon as the order is shipped from the store


All packages are delivered with DAO with a tracking number. The delivery time is between 1-4 working days.

During holiday season the delivery time can be extended.

We provide the following delivery options:

A) DAO HOME, with distribution: The package is delivered directly to your door.

Be aware of the package will be delivered to the nearest DAO shop if you are not home during attempted delivery time. The package can be picked up in the DAO package shop.

B) DAO SHOP, without distribution: The package is delivered to the nearest DAO package shop.

If you are unsatisfied with your goods, you have the right to return your purchase and get your money back within 14 days. The 14 days return period is valid from the day you receive the goods.

Please note, if you want an exchange or the money back from your purchase, it is on your own expense.

If you regret the entire order, we will refund both the goods and the original delivery cost. If you regret a part of your order, we will refund only for the goods. 

The goods must be returned in the same condition as on delivery. Furthermore, the packaging on glitter pots, gem pots and face/body gems must not be broken. Under delivery, the goods also have to be wrapped responsibly, so they are not damaged when they return to us. 

Your purchase can also be cancelled by decline pick up/receipt of the goods. If so, we will charge an administration fee of 70 DKK which is offset in your return.

If the 14 days return deadline has been exceeded or the goods not are received in proper condition, your return will not be accepted.

When you return the goods, you have to attach the invoice with your comments, and sent them to our address:

All refunds are deposited in the same payment card used when ordering. The receivable payment will be available within 5 working days on your account.

Right of complaint 

As costumer, you are guaranteed a 2-year right of complaint on items purchased from KarmaGlitterCph. 

This means you can have the goods repaired or exchanged, the money returned or receive a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. However, it is a requirement the complaint is justified and the product has not been injured as a result of incorrect use and/or a damaging behavior. 

When you detect a deficiency on the goods, you are committed to advertise within reasonable time. If you advertise two months after the deficiently is discovered, the complaint always will be valid.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund the (reasonable) delivery cost. The goods have to be sent to:

The right of complaint includes manufacturing and materials defects identified during normal use. The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear and walls as result of incorrectly treatment or poor maintenance.
